HOW WILL YOU PROTECT MY FURNITURE?
RMS knows how important and valuable furniture is to each and every client, which is why we handle every item with care as if it were our own. Our expert movers securely wrap each item in our specialized moving blankets and heavy duty plastic wrap to insure that your items don't get damaged.
CAN I PACK ANYTHING IN THE DRAWERS OF MY DRESSERS/DESK?
All loose items must be packed in boxes to prevent loss or damage while moving.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Certified checks, money orders as well as visa/credit card payments can be arranged prior to your movie. In the event that your employer is paying for the move, your employer can pre-arrange to be billed via invoice.
VALUATION OF COVERAGE?
ARE MY ITEMS PROTECTED AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE WHILE IN TRANSIT?
Yes, but how much protection and its cost depends solely on you. RMS offers two different coverage options that allows our customers to feel more secure about their move. (options provided below)
There is no additional charge for liability coverage, However, this option only provides minimal protection. It will pay you $.30 per pound per article if lost or damaged while moving. This means that a piece of furniture weighing 100lbs would receive a payment $30.00 (100x .30)Type your paragraph here.
